Biography
I am currently a M.E. student with School of Eletronic and Information Engieering, Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea, Previously, I obtained my bachelor degree from Shandong University. My research interest mainly lies in Non-Volatile Memory Device, Flexiable Material, Display Technology, Quantum Optics and TFT.
I am advised by Prof. Junsin Yi in Information and Communication Devices Laboratory,During my two years in the lab I worked on ferroelectric memory device as well as charge-trapping memory device.
